Descend and the Hamsterley locals are very keen to see this series become a success and a benchmark for future racing at Hamsterley. We hope you will not judge this series on past races that havent always gone to plan. The lessons have been learned.

Descend Hamsterley
Down ‘n’ Out Winter Series
Round 1 15th/16th December
Round 2 February - tbc
Round 3 March - tbc
Race Format
• Saturday – 9am till 3.30pm - Practice (Uplifts For Race Entrants Only)
• Sunday – 8.30am till 9.45am – Practice
• 9.45am till 10.15am – Course Closed (Inspection)
• 1st Run 10.15am till 12.00pm (Approximately)
• 12.00pm till 12.45pm – Lunch Break
• 2nd Run 12.45pm till 2.30pm (Approximately)
• 2.45pm till 3.15pm Podium and Presentations
Series Information
• 3 Rounds on 3 Different Courses
• All rounds carry British Cycling Points
• Cash, Trophies and Prizes for category winners
• Cash Bonus for Fastest Time of the Day
• Uplifts will be coaches and cattle wagons. We will be using Garnets who provide the coaches for the Innerliethen Uplift weekends
• Live Timing by Chris Roberts(Naked Racing)
• Entries must be in 7 days prior to the event
• Places can be booked over the phone but forms must be sent to confirm
Entry cost is £45 per round.

Hey guys,
A few of us are helping Craig out with this series as we want hamsterley back as a serious race venue. To do this though we really need all the entries we can get.
Would be good to see a NEFR contingency storming the track come race day...
