I use Kenda Blue Groove and Nevegal. Not the strongest of side walls but they seem to offer really good grip. So far had no pinch flat on em either which i am pleased about cause i tend to run mine quiet soft compared to alot of people, not sure of the psi. Inners is very rooty so the softer the pressure the better the grip but don't get too hooked up on psi and stuff the best thing to do is ride and adjust accordingly to the conditions and terrain. I am 14 stone and have mine way softer than Matt who must weigh 12 stone!!!!
As for tubes i would also recomend the Gazzalodi DH Tubes don't use Maxxis tubes they are shit!!!
Little tech tip for you........ When you put your tubes on give them a good coating of baby talcum powder as it lets the tube slip over the rim rather than gripping the rim when hitting rocks etc, preventing pinch flats. Seems to work for me!!!
