not long now till we hit the rocky tracks of dunkeld the dvd what i saw looked nice and rocky Shocked

it should be a good weekend. just take it easy up there take your time get to no the coarse then on the race pin it. Cool

so does any one like a training session on the XC bikes over the weekend i will be going out on the saturday after noon and on sunday morning Razz

we could do a bit of xc at hamsterley. i went there a couple of weeks ago and done the black route, but it was pretty easy compared to what we ride!
