well ive been to the hospital and i have just got a massive pulge on the side of my hip.

the doctor says it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the swelling to go down but i reckon i will be able to ride the race easily.

he came down the main rock garden and was going fast as fuck then lost control on the bottom burm of the main rock garden and went straight over the top into a tree .... get well soon ben mate

yeah it was today.

it was a combination of the cold so i couldnt use my finger, my brakes which dont work and the wet.

i basically got to the bottom of the rock garden on the second part of the track where it turns right. i decided to keep on going with one hand and i hit a tree flat out with my hip.

so all in all it wasnt a bad day really. Laughing

Its a shame i just missed it on the camera too would have gone well on the crash section.

must be fairly bad ifit might be swollen for 4-6wks! has it been xrayed? might be cracked or chipped or something Rolling Eyes

they took an x ray but there wasnt any cracks or nowt its just swollen. ill see if i can get some pics tomorrow for you all to look at.

good crash mate.u ok now i went down 1 min later and hit a tree and bent me bars.. not the best idea of the week to practice on wet shitty roks will learn 4 next time get well
