i was at hamsterley the other day and my shock was leaking oil all over the shop. im guessing it is just the seal but im not sure. anybody got any idea what i should do? is it easy to fix?

how old isit? if its less than a year ring mojo and get it sent to them as it will be covered with warrenty

oh yer... from what i remember i think theyre nitrogen charged? so you cant do it yourself

well the bike is 2006 but i only bought it in january so i guess it has still got warranty. how long did it take for them to do your shock?

aslong as you post it before 12 it should arrive next day dont bother paying extra for next day delivery just post it early

how do i send it off? do i need to ring them or something cause it says on the website it is better just to send it down? (sorry i cant think for myself).

id ring first and check its on warrenty and just explain the problem

them post it recorded delivery with the post office (about 10squids) and put a cover note in with it just explain again the problem and that youve been told its under warrenty
