How often do you guys gop out for a ride?

I was busy Oz. This excess weight/body armour keeps me warm when its cold!!!

Ben, they go out every tuesday night for an xc ride round guis and onto the moors. No big bikes or full face helmets just lights, cammelbacks and water proofs. I used to ride with them a few years back when i first started riding, but i can no way near keep up with them now. A couple of months traing and i think i will be about right again.

yeah. im just gonna go out on my hardtail and have a wonder round hammers this weekend.
