John, i was wondering what general 'base' fitness you and the guys have for downhill racing?........................
Only joking, did you get home alright last night? We had a broken chain and 2 flats on the moors so it was a late finish. |

General fitness level for downhill racing is, in my case very poor!!!! ha. Also got a flat but stayed out till 8.00 just messing around in the woods. Was good fun. _________________ Practise makes compound fractures before it makes perfect!!!!

Fuck that i aint that keen!!! Lol. Plus XC on a DH rig is pretty damn impossible. I was using a propper XC bike, (thanks Oz for letting me use it) although it does now have a race face diablous stem, DH bars, Flat pedals, DH Tyres and tubes on it lol _________________ Practise makes compound fractures before it makes perfect!!!!
