i was looking at the orange 224 and other downhill bikes and thy only have small frames about 17", with me being 6 foot 5 i need a big frame. does the frame size matter when you are doing downhill? im not sure but i guess you have a smaller frame so it is easier to move on the bike, is that right?

ye it matters you need a fairly big bike with a long wheel base for downhil to roll over stuff and stay planted a freeride sort of bike is generally a little smaller with a shorter wheelbase and tighter angles to make it more manouverable for techy stuff and jumping and stuff lol
