hello everyone, just got these forks but not too sure on how to work the high and low speed compression dials, how does it work, the manual is a bit lacking in detail, thanks.

Lamby or Matty will be online tonight at some point, they are the mechanical guys of the site. Lamby works in a bike shop so he's got stacks of knowledge and will have no doubt come across these forks.

This is the rate at which the fork compresses so it needs to be set up for the type of riding u do if u did downhill say the fork will be compressing at high speeds because of the surface u would likely to be riding on a square edged bump would make the fork compress quickly and a more rounded longer bump makes the fork compress slower. if the fork compresses twice as fast it compresses four times as much roughly... i think, so unless u stick to one area of biking u should change it quite often depending on what type of track u r riding
