Now that I've made the massive decision to hang up my boots and quit Sunday League football before I end up doing some serious damage to myself and concentrate on getting fit the impending Megavalanche (!) I thought it would be a good time to start and put some effort back into the Roc-Star site.

Born again in this here 'Windows Live Space' (Just a typical Microsoft MySpace rip off !!) the blog style update should make it easier to manage

Well we'll see...

Hopefully I should get some of the old Roc-Star ride galleries uploaded this week if I can fit it into my hectic schedule (stop laughing!)
