.... is apprently no longer available to ride....
i was up there today and it snowed pretty bad so i went back to my car and a police **** came over on a bike and told me i wasnt allowed to ride in the quarry anymore, so i asked why and he said 'its national trust land and they dont want you to ride there...' so i ignored him and carried on taking my bike apart and getting soaked...
while i was at the quarry there was a person from the national trust there! and they said nothing to me at all!! apart from 'thanks' when i handed her a load of litter id picked up (she was collecting the litter)
dont really know why he didnt just go... but he found the need to continue to make me stop what i was doing and talk to him... so i prety much told him 'f off im trying to get home before i get soaked' which didnt please him much
just wrote a letter to the national trust asking about the situation with the quarry. so when i find out for definate il let you know
if it is true.... then it looks like the only riding spots around here are chewys and hamsterly.... great ey!!
maybe we should change the name to 'anywhere but northeast freeriders'
